You shouldn't be concerned because you can update your Printer drivers as a prevention measure. Device drivers can be functional one day, and then stop functioning the next day due to a number of causes. IR3230 PCL6 errors may be linked to corrupt or outdated drivers of your computer. I tried removing cups and then tried reinstalling cups. My steps are copy pasted from various forums I am writing this method for canon ir3230. Two days of trial and error and nothing worked.įinally i did these steps and i don't know at which point the problem got solved. When i upgraded to linux 19 the printer stopped working.
I had canon ir3230 working absolutely fine in linux 17.
